Increase Blasphemy Curse AOE?

Hello, I currently have a level 20 curse gem supported by level 22 blasphemy from heretic's veil, and the radius is extremely small. Besides the hex master passive, is there any other way I can increase the radius size of the blasphemy aura? If I'm not mistaken, the passives that increase aura skills does not affect blasphemy because blasphemy does not count as an aura. Is that correct? Thanks. Last bumped on Apr 26, 2017, 11:24:21 AM

" Blasphemy is an Aura. Passive skills that affect Auras are explicit in their application; the effects which do not work with Blasphemy specifically say "non-Curse Auras." Thus, the technical explanation is that if it says Aura, but not non-Curse Aura, it will work with Blasphemy. In practice this basically means that aura radius passive bonuses work with Blas, but not aura effect passive bonuses. Need game info? Check out the Wiki at: https://www.poewiki.net/

" Auras which increase the radius of curses? Which auras are these? Another thing that may help is having + increaed area of effect (such as in and around Amplify, Blast Radius, etc.) on the tree. Underrated stats: Basic human decency, small quantum of respect, microportion of compassion

I feel it's worth noting that these are all Increased (additive) modifiers. Blasphemy + Curse alone gets you 160%+ Increased Area, so even adding another 50% Increased Area won't make that much of a difference. Blasphemy Curses are no longer the screen-covering monsters of yore.

" ^ THIS! @OP: I like to use heretic's veil only for melee chars these days. For example: It works like a charm on this kind of char but for ranged chars HV is just meeeh these days.
