After grouping up to run through act 4, we killed Daresso and an eye never dropped. Now I have an objective saying "Take the Eye of Fury" leading me to The Crystal Veins. Full cleared that twice, killed Daresso twice, tried speaking to Lady Dialla. Nothing is working. I've now got a softlocked character.

The Eye of Fury is dropped by King Kaom, not Daresso...

Same difference. Point being, it doesn't exist.
Its not the same difference. If you go kill Kaom now, he will drop the Eye, and you will be able to progress. Kaom is in his own zone (the fire-style portal to the left of Dialla). Totally separate from Daresso.
