Why does GGG allow spammers?

These guys are ALWAYS low level, and is it really necessary that there are 7 lines available per entry? Secondly, limit the rate someone can send out a chat. If enough people report, suspend/block them outright.

If the seven lines of text gets lessened, their next step will be spamming quickly, so cut that off right away of one entry per 10 seconds or so. There's no reason someone should chat fast with single word replies...you see it all the time during play:

xx:omg
xx:fuck vaal
xx:wtf

3 entries (for example) back to back that should have been made in one.

Either way, please GGG. . . actively get rid of these damned spammers. There's NO reason people should be entering _____ or +__+_+__+ type sequences. If people do that shit, they should be auto-muted or at least not displayed and a moderator notified. @(@*$@ ..isn't hard to detect

Very easy - except they just get the new ID and do it over ..and over ..and over ..and over (much like that Weird Al song!) agaaaaiiin.

Even charging for global chat, it's nothing to them to pay x if the scumbag scammers are making money.

no...it would result in less normal talk and just as much spam, a pay wall will do nothing to stop it
