Minefield Support Gem - Bugged?

Hi,
My Minefield Support gem is currently lvl5 and it has zero increased area of effect damage. Poe wiki says it should recieve 1% aoe per level. http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Minefield_Support So is it a bug or is it changed? www.graffiticreator.net Last bumped on Mar 20, 2017, 7:58:57 PM

That's the gem quality bonus.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
