Shaping Atlas Strand to Tier: 12?

Hello, I recently rerolled my Atlas and unshaped my tier 7 (Arachnid Tomb) it had the intended effect of having a ton of Shaped Strands drop however, can I even progress past tier 11 now? or do I need a tier 12 on the map to get to tier: 13's? or can Strand drop tier:13 if there are no 12's?

Shaped Strands can only drop at tier 11. If that's your highest tier completed I don't think you can drop any tier 12 or higher because they won't be connected to the strand map. If you complete some tier 12 and/or 13 maps, the shaped strand boss should be able to drop those maps.
