Better search operators for item search

Item search filter could support bit more complex filter operators. Such as searching items with ilvl of a range. These should also apply to tier etc.

"ilvl:>30" Anything above 30 ilvl
"ilvl:>=30" Anything ilvl 30 or above
"ilvl:30-40" Anything between ilvl 30 and 40.

Same for < and <=.


There is also shorter way to handle the greater and lesser than operators.

30- same as >=30
-40 same as <=40

However this might be more confusing, not sure what my preference here is.
