The aura effect of New 2.6 Belt of the Deceiver works differently

The aura effect of the old(legacy-nerfed) deceiver belt does not show off
if it wears other belt's skin through skin transfer But the new 2.6 belt of the deceiver's aura works even if it is skinned by other belt through skin transfer. This New 2.6 belt shows two aura effects (deceiver and legacy effects) at the same time even after it wears the skin of demigod belt, unlike the old deceiver belt. " Below are screenshots with New 2.6 belt of deceiver with another belt skin Old deceiver belt won't show effect with other belt skin on This new deceiver belt does not show its effect with other belt on IN TOWN BUT, the new deceiver belt does show its effect in combat zones regardless with other belt skinned or not 1. First in Town, effect doesn't show with other belt skinned on, just like the old deceiver  2.
