First Snow Jewel bug

I experienced the First Snow Jewel effect (2 additional projectiles) being active while only having specced 30 intelligence on the Jewel radius.
I used the Jewel slot next to Instability and I'm 100% sure I only had 30 intelligence specced around it. It was the second First Snow jewel but I can't tell if it was the same on the first one. Hope it helps :) Last bumped on Mar 8, 2017, 12:24:02 PM

First Snow doesn't care if stats are allocated within is radius.
Read it again. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

New rules to that: none need to be allocated, just present in radius.

as the text on the jewel still says it needs to have 40 intelligence allocated I considered this a bug
