How do the unique helmet "Crown of Eyes" work?

Hi everyone,

I found a decent wand and was thinking of making a crown of eyes build.

Can you tell me if the mods from crown of eyes , " Increases and Reductions to Spell Damage also apply to Attacks" benefits from the mods from my wand


"adds 9 to 111 lightning damage to spells" and

"42% increased critical strike chance for spells"

I wouldn't expect either of those to work.

It specifically affects Increased Spell Damage and Reduced Spell Damage. Not other stats.

This is correct. The only stat that benefits you is the one "increased spell damage". Exactly that wording. Nothing else.
