[HELP]yet another FAILED TO CONNECT TO INSTANCE from Iran

Hail from Iran aka the land of the forlorn,
Been playing POE for 180+ hours on steam and before steam release on stand alone client but with of problems...that i really have no clue on how to fix: 1. I live in Iran, internet here is very weird like China, blocked censored and for most sites[even steam site] i must use VPNs to access. 2. I can only access three servers wihtout VPN: California sjc.login.pathofexile.com London lon.login.pathofexile.com Moscow mo.login.pathofexile.com i have no clue why. with VPN i can access most but ping goes above 350+. 3. I've been plying on uk and ru servers till ive got to stornger maps, yes after level 5 maps, most maps give me "FAILED TO CONNECT TO INSTANCE" and i cant tell exactly which maps(example: Castle Ruines[7] map) but i am sure its not server side...cus ive tried on RU and London and california and all three drops me out of the game to menu. 4. I've done most things mentioned on the major help topic: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/73322, reinstalled the game, verified integrity of files with steam, even checked with PackCheck, set luncher options -gc 2, tried all directXs, turned on/off post processing, multithreading, anti aliasing... most of the winMTR reports you provided have packet loss right after your router.
try to switch off your modem and switch it back on after around 5 minutes so your providers device negotiates new settings after reconnection. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!

" welcome to Iran where the interet has 25% packet loss or more cus its been heavily filtred and censored and blocked and monitored. my problem: i only get the error "FAILED TO CONNECT TO INSTANCE" and disconenct from a certain map/portal/place and it dosen't happen anywhere else....there are "certain" maps..."certain" places only that disconnenction happens for me and its been getting worse and worse...lately...after each patch...i dont understand why, so i can provide whatever helps for u guys to help me get rid of the problem. gaar Last edited by Aphotice on Mar 12, 2017, 10:11:31 PM

i noticed a new fail to connect place:
in the daily missions of my hideout Haku Armormaster's daily missions always fails, after i use portal the first and go inside the next place may it be the cave or the hole in the ground it fails: "FAILED TO CONNECT TO INSTANCE" gaar
