So singularity item doesnt inc damage for righteous fire?

We know poison dips and other OP things has to be nerfed but rf doesnt benefit from singularity 80%inc. damage?

We already have doryan catalyst which gives even more damage, so why not singularity?

I believe the problem is with their coding implementation

basically, any DoT can't benefit from conditional damage.
so, singularity doesnt work with burn,ignite,bleed or poison

Aaaaand I just removed it from my RF character, gave him back his supreme truth:

Maybe Atziri will give me a Doryani's Catalyst one day, or I find a Doon Cuebari.

What about Vortex though? I guess you would get the initial damage bonus, but not the DoT?

Not sure what to use Singularity for now. It's kinda competing with Mjolner for lightning skills. Enemies need to be pretty close to get the damage bonus, I doubt Arc or Storm Call would work, and Shock Nova doesn't really float my boat.

Well singularity gives best looking aura ingame and it slows mobs..

Too bad its increased damage doesnt work for rf.. It would maybe rival doryani catalysts..

I haven't really noticed the slowing effect. The range is so short they are already in melee range.

I like the visuals of Supreme Truth as well. Too bad the glow doesn't actually light up the environment, it would be good in all those dark places.
