Where do i find Cadiro Perandus or that Stone Altar to sacrifice my talismans?

Title... I can't seem to find any of those even when having those mods on the leaguestones

When you say "those mods" do you just mean any old Perandus or Talisman stones? Or the ones that specifically say "next zone will contain cadiro perandus" or "next zone will contain a stone circle"? Because those specific affixes roll on stones (stone circle, and cadiro). It is looking (from general experience) that the only way to spawn them is by getting leaguestones that specifically say that they will spawn.

Working theory is Cadiro only shows up when the leaguestone has a mod that he shows up.
Stone altars show up 25% of the time in outdoor areas or "old" places (which isn't on the stone but i've found one in the sewers). There's a chance that the old talisman league rules apply and it's 100% in the dried lake, or the crossroads though. |

" Just the regular mods, like perandus leaguestone with nothing added or talismans. But i did already like 10 areas of each and didn't find Cadiro or Stone Circle. I'm only lvl 57 tho IGN gubert
