The Gull Not Spawning Shrines with Slayer

I got a The Gull, and when I went to test it, it seemed to be bugged and wouldnt spawn shrines from enemies killed by the slayers Bane of Legends cull.
I walked into Dried lake, killed a pack of normal mobs, and no shrine appeared. Last bumped on Jan 22, 2018, 2:30:52 PM

Did this continue to be a problem for you? I've checked that this works with Slayers cull, and it sure seems to be.
Do note that there is a cooldown on Create Lesser Shrine and might be the case that the cooldown begins when you equip The Gull. If you had went into Dried Lake very quickly after equipping it, that might explain why it didn't spawn a shrine for you. |

I equipped it in my hideout, coloured it beforehand, then equipped it.
I chatted with a friend for like 5 minutes or so then went into dried lake. I'll try again and post an update once I do. |

So I logged into the character with the Gull already on, and went into dried lake. It took a little bit before the first shrine popped up.

I have the same issue i even restart my game and no shrine what-so-ever!
