Intimidate

Is it a multiplier? like "more damge"? how does it effect the damage calculation? thanks in advance!

It is like % more. You can try "Path of building". It's a program that let you calculate a lot of stuff!
It's like %More, but it stacks additively with other sources of Increased Damage Taken, such as Vulnerability, Fortify and Shock.

What's the base duration of Intimidate buff, for an example from The Anticipation shield?
The Anticipation explicitly states "permanently", which traditionally means "no duration" :P

Does the Intimidate debuff is global I mean, if I apply Intimidate on enemy (target) does it affect damage calculation from all party members and allies who hits the Intimidated enemy?

Being a modifier on the enemy, as opposed to a modifier on your character, it applies to any Damage the enemy takes.
