Need some advice for buyout tags
So I was asking someone the other day how they where able to want to buy something not sell it.
He said make my currency tab public, then hover lets say chaos and right click it and make it a note. Then I put something around this nature " b/o 1:70 ex" I think that was right. That shows that since I put a note over chaos I am asking to purchase 1ex for 70C. So is that correct, do I just do it through notes? I would really enjoy getting into dedicated trading system, I just wanna know how to write all the noted properly so I can trade faster. Thanks anyone who helps me, I realize you will give me google links probably, but if someone could just show me a example buyout that would be amazing :) Last bumped on Feb 24, 2017, 10:24:50 PM

When you right click put in a fraction e.g. 1/70 ex or 0.0143 ex assuming that's what you're asking.
You can also set up a personal shop on poe.trade website for awkward currency transactions. |

" I'll give a link anyway. It has an example. http://poe.trade/html/currency-stash-tabs.html Note decimals only work in "0.5" increments, at least that's what I remember. I just use the fraction version since it is more straight-forward. The easiest way I've found to do it is to set to "price" (edit: not "exact price"), set the currency I want to collect, and then change it to "note." All you have to do then is fill out fraction part (the "`b/o" part is auto-filled out). Make sure to check your listings after you post them, just in case you don't quite get how to set the fraction (the amount you are selling is the denominator).
