How to make Red ground?

Hello guys,
I was watching HO of the week, and i saw one with a red ground everywhere. I tried to do the same with carpet but that didn't work. I think it is just the Zana carpet, the one that has a lot of variations had one that is just red and no golden edges

Yeah, it sucks that you need the masters maxed in order to do something on a larger scale.. But it looks cool :)
