Vaal Spark Build Help

Hi guys,

I am in the process of tweaking my witch as a Vaal Sparker. My goal is to make it work as a witch, although I know the Inquisitor has some obvious advantages. It's based on Ziz's and LiftingNerds Vaal Spark Inquisitor.

I have some items from Breach squirreled away (Choir of the Storm, Blue Dream, i84 Hubris with 40% Spark Damage) that I can test once I league is over.



Tree as follows for level 90 with 3 bandits (Ele Resist/Attack Speed/Power Charge):




The reason I have Elemental Hit in an Unset Ring is to proc the -25% Lightning Resistance from Mastermind of Discord, mainly for bosses. For farming I swap out Lightning Penetration for Added Lightning Damage.

Is there any way I could make this build better as a Vaal Sparker witch?
