Unplayable, spiking to 1500, cannot move. Switched to Texas and fine.

I'm in Virginia, have been on this site most of the day on at least one screen, and haven't experienced any delays. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Having issues like that on multiple realms makes me think that the issue is either ISP, or on one of the hops along the way. U MAD?
