Chaos Orb Vendor recipe doesn't work...

Vendor recipe for 2 chaos orbs not working, when i sell items needed for chaos orbs it gave me 2 chance orbs, i re-checked several times every time same thing i even ask in-game friend to give a try and had same result as me.

That means at least one of the items is under item level 60.

No man, double checked, i can post SS if you don't believe me, at first i taught some of the items are maybe superior quality but no. Go ingame and check yourself.

Terror Maul,Murder Mitts, Murder Boots, Vaal Reaglia, Lion Pelt, two rings and amulet, all unidentified.

Well i can't see item level on unid. items, but i might just check with switching the rings and amulet, the thing is that vendor gave me two orbs of chance like it is 1 to 59 lvl items...

The rings and amulets made the problem, some of them i might farmed from normal and cruel, so after 10 minutes of combining them i i succeeded to make recipe right.
