Zana doesn't spawn missions or even invite option

As you can hopefully see on the screen shot, Zana does not appear to offer her missions nor the option of inviting her to my Hideout. I cleared all of the difficulties and i Wonder if there's a criteria I am missing or if this is truly a bug

You have to find her in a map and complete her mission there for her to be able to be invited to your HO. You can not do her missions until she is there.
