PoE Login Screen Not Showing Up on Launch

The game launches fine. It goes passed the grinding gears page and opens up on the ship. I can see the rocking of the ship and the raining in the background and can hear all of the sounds, but no login credentials show up.

This is my first time trying to play this game.

I've uninstalled/reinstalled the game. Verified the cache. Ran the "check packs" application in the steamapps/common/Path of Exile; still nothing.

Any Ideas?

same problem here when i switched from dx11 to dx9ex, happened twice. resolved when i ran dxsetup and vc_redistrib the 1st time, no luck the 2nd time.

I have exactly the same problem, have played the game before (although a long time ago) and never ran into this problem.

Reinstalled the game last night, first through steam, no menu showed up on the first screen past the Grinding Gears logo.

Tried the following, to no avail :
- Uninstalled and reinstalled from steam
- Uninstalled and reinstalled directly from the game client downloaded from this website
- Tried playing with my graphic settings in my graphics card options
- Tried using the steam repair function
- Updated all my drivers
- Rebooted a couple times
- Tried running all the .exe's as administrator
- Tried googling just about any combination of "menu not showing up", "invisible menu", "no menu", etc... no one seemed to be having this problem, until I found you guys on the forums.

One thing I did notice though - the menu IS there, when you click around you can hear the sounds from the different buttons, it's just invisible on the screen.

Any help would be welcome!

Having the same issue. You can press enter to log in, and scroll up and down without seeing characters, and log in to game.

After logging into gane there is no UI screens. You can play the game fine, you just can't see anything your UI provides.

You can use all skills, kill creatures, and see loot drop. But no text listed for items. I do not use a item filter.

Same problem.

You can see the menu (for 1 sec) when you resize the window btw.

I have the exact same problem. New player here as well. I tried reinstalling, update drivers, verify cache and still nothing.

i to am having the same problem,

i haven't played since Ascendancy due to pc problems,
now that i have it working again PoE was among my first go too games to play
sadly once the grinding gear games load screen had past, i found myself on a boat standing in the rain,

its all moving all the noises are there, i just cant seem to log in,
the window exists i just cant see it, the keyboard can interact with it cause i cna hear it trying to log in to what gibberish i actually managed to type in.

Plz help me with a fix I've tried my usual known repairs
i love this game and very determined to see what the Atlas of Worlds will show me ;)
