I am dying way too often

Hey guys,
I am playing a TS Crit build pur physical damage. My damage is quite good. I am at level 84 now completely debuffed my DPS is 10k and fully buffed with herald of ash, hatred and 3 frenzy charges it goes up to 20k DPS However my life is just 2440 I have several evasion passive nodes and suitable gear which puts my evasion rating at 13676 and 23396 with grace. The problem is that I keep dying frequently. please help on how to increase my hp or how to change my cuild to avoid dying and continuously losing 10% exp. " well u dont get life point in tree. 2400 hp pull good for 50-60 lvl. You need to get some like points and regret some useless like Void Barrier. run these for your gems:
cast when damage taken, immortal call, ice golem, blink arrow increased duration, vaal haste, assassins mark, blood rage hatred, grace, enlighten, whatever else you want phase run/portal/vaal rain of arrows ditch both those rings and get rings with life, damage, and resists/strength/intelligence as needed. that is what is my suggestion for gear/gems along with the tree below.
