Left/Right Stash Navigation Hotkey

(Apologies if this has been brought up before. A cursory search didn't turn up anything.)

Currently, we have Left Arrow Key (to move one tab left) and Right Arrow Key (to move one tab right). I would say it Ctrl-Tab (for right) and Ctrl-Shift-Tab (for left) would be better for this function for two main reasons:

① Efficiency
Before, if you wanted to navigate tabs using the arrow keys, you'd either take your hand off the mouse to hit L/R or move your ASDF/potion hand across the keyboard to hit L/R (and move it back when done shifting items). Either way, it takes the player off of the default orientation for playing POE.

With Ctrl-Tab navigation, you can move between tabs with your potion hand while simultaneously using your mouse hand to mouseover the item you want to move, creating greater convenience and saving time. Add some smooth acceleration when holding down Tab and most players wouldn't even have to bother with the (imo clunky) Tab Dropdown Menu for the most part anymore.

② Consistency/Intuitiveness
Windows Properties boxes and modern browsers also use the Ctrl-Tab scheme for going back and forth between tabs. A new player might see POE's tabs and assume the same functionality exists, only to be disappointed.
