Purity of fire question/bug

Hello,

My level 21 purity of fire in prism guardian shield granting +2 level (lvl23) giving 5 % max fire res is only giving 7% extra max res instead of 8%.

I have exactly 60% aura effect for non-curse auras (57% from tree and 3% from conquers potency).

Tested with the same level 23 purity of fire in standard with different character and that char only got to the same 7% extra max resistance. It only got the last 1% im missing after I got extra 6% aura effect on tree.

23 purity of fire (5% max res) * 0.6 (60% aura effect) = 8% max resist.

I dont know why this is only granting me 7%.

Been reported for months but I've never seen any acknowledgement from ggg that it's on the fixit list.

I noticed if I had 63% aura effectiveness as well I would then be properly granted 8% max res, but not 60% x.x

Same problem here!
