Crafting with Essences

If I want to re roll rare boots with Shrieking essence of zeal for the guaranteed 30% movement, what is the best base type to use to encourage the appearance of good life and resistances? I am not concerned about armor vs evasion.

No difference, just make sure the ilvl is solid

I'd suggest just buying boots with MS, life and resists. Using that Essence just to secure MS is probably the worst possible use of it's options.

Thanks. I went looking and did buy speed, life, tri res boots for cheap. What would you use that essence for?

I'd only use it, if you are looking for very explicit boots that market doesn't have for offer, be prepared to use dozens of essences without results though
