Puncture + Bleed chances?

Can Puncture attacks apply more than 1 instance of Bleed per attack if you have a percent chance to Bleed foes from a source besides Puncture itself?

Bleed is bleed. Chance to Bleed is entirely redundant for Puncture, similar to Poison/Viper Strike.

Yeah actually, my bad. I just realized only one Bleed can tick at a time, like Ignite. For whatever reason, I thought all Bleeds ticked.
