Device Error: ..\Device\D3D9\ShaderD3D9.cpp : 157

I get this error seemingly randomly a few times during a 2-3 hour play session.

This causes my computer to crash, and only started after this recent patch (I also updated from an HDD to SSD over the holidays, but am unsure if that's the causal issue).

I have reinstalled the game, checked drivers, and even switched my SSD from running IDE to running in AHCI mode for more speed thinking it was because of disk writing issues.

I have 8GBs of RAM, GTX 680, INTEL i7-2600k @ 3.40 GHz, Windows 10, and Samsung 850 EVO SSD.

This issue is reoccurring and kind of game killing for me (and others I've see post about it with no response). I was directed to post here when I emailed support as they were busy with holiday traffic.

Hope this issue can be resolved soon. I've lost one too many lab runs unfortunately.

I got the same issue here. but got a shorter interval of about once per 15 min or so. Please address this issue.
I've contacted them again to no avail unfortunately. Hopefully someone can help address this issue soon.

Actually I noticed that when I play solo I don't crash.
I have the same problem as well... And I always play solo... First it started off as random and now happens very regularly.

My system specs:

AMD FX-8350
MSI Twin Frozr III 7870
Yep just happened to me,
..\device\d3d9\shaderd3d9.cpp : 157 this error code
Hello guys.
maybe this will fix the problem:

I still had this issue a couple days ago. Is anyone else still having this issue as the game is unplayable with the random shader crashes in hc and I'd rather not "find out" on my own and die again.
