increased flask charges gain & charges recovery

what's the difference between "increased flask charges gain" and " increased flask recovery speed"?

Below is my theory but I'm not sure about it.
I have a scion ascend with "50% increased flask charges gain". From theory, 1 slain mob give me 1 flask charge and with that ascend, I now have 1*(1+0.5)=1.5 flask charges per slain mob. Based on that, for a typical flask, I need to consume 30 charges, which means I need at least 30 charges, to gain that, I now just need to kill 30/1.5=20 mobs now with that ascend. However, what does "increased flask recovery speed" means?
I tested another char with no "increased flask charges gain" and equipped a flask with "increased flask recovery speed", when I kill one mob, I gained 1 flask charges; when I kill 2 mobs, I gained 2 flask charges; when I killed a pack of mobs, the number of flask charges gained is more than the number I killed, so I suspected that it means "the recovery speed is proportional to the number of mobs killed". But I'm not sure about this.

Newly changed: increased flask recovery speed->increased charges recovery

I'm fairly certain Flask Recovery Speed refers to Life Recovery and Mana Recovery granted by Flasks

Yep, it's as simple as that. If a flask normally recovers 50 Life per second, 100% Increased Recovery Speed ups that to 100 Life per second. I've never really bothered to check whether it compresses the total recovery, or actually improves total recovery (ala Leech rate).
But I call roll " X% increased recovery speed" on utility flask eg. silver flask.

Do you have one? I'd love to see it.
(this doesn't happen, ever)

i should corr it as: x% increased charges recovery

What's the diff in mechanic to increased flask charges gained?

Flask charges gained applies to the number of charges you get from killing a mob; flask charge recovery, which is on a flask, then multiplies the number of charges you gained.

They both do effectively the same thing; increase the rate of flask charge gain. But they are essentially multiplicative of each other.

You have 40% increased flask charges gained and a flask with 30% flask charge recovery. You kill a white mob. You get 1*1.4*1.3 = 1.82 charges. If you watch your charges go up, sometimes you get 1 and sometimes you get 2, so it keeps track of the decimals even if you dont see them directly.

So i guess the mechanic is like: "x% increased flask charges gain" as "x% increased damage" and "x% increased flask recovery" as "x% more damage", which "increased" is firstly multiplied and "more" is multiplied at final stage.

Now it make sense, THANKS!

In a sense, yeah... total all your increased flask charges gained, multiply:

base gain * inc flask charges gained * more flask charge recovery
