Hey guys, It's a raider flicker strike build for fun and fast clear speed. Why flicker strike ? Because i love flicker strike but i don't want a Oro's build because i have already make Oro's build in past league. With the new raider nodes we can now generate frenzy charges by hits on rare/unique mobs.

I make this build because i wanted quickly the rewards from the breach league with my first character. Then take a break between breach and the 3.0. So the build is good for T14/T15 maps but he can be optimize, share your ideas with me and other players for the "next step" of the build. Uptades: - 10/01/2017 : partial rewrite of the build (TODO: Gems section, link gear item, Tree by steps) - video Volcano dual boss added.
Pros
- Fun - Starter league build - Cheap - Clear speed - Low reroll map. - Easy farm of high maps
Cons
- Not for Party - Not for end boss content (Atziri/Shaper/Guardians) - Some T14/T15 boss can be hard. - Not for HC ( stupid die because flicker strike )
Tips
- Flicker strike is a "stationary" attack => bonus from brine crown => bonus from Arctic Armour.
Stats
0 frenzy charges and auras off:   With 7 frenzy charges and auras: Flicker strike 13k dmg and 7 attacks per seconds.

Maybe RT can optimize damage.

- Oak ( +40 max life ) - Oak ( +16 % phys ) or kill all - Kraityn ( +1 frenzy )
Ascendancy
Raider : - Avatar of the Slaughter The first choice for frenzy charges generation. - Avatar of the Veil I take Avatar of the veil rather than Avatar of the Chase because the status aligment immunity is a big defence in high maps specially for shock status (= +50% dmg taken).
Gems
Leveling
You can leveling with cyclone + life on hit + faster attack + blood magic. Then switch flicker strike around level 50/60 when you can sustain frenzy charges/mana. - 5L + free melee splash with kitava's feast. - Vengeance , BV setup are for generating charge in rare/unique mob. - Poacher for sustain mana / life.
Gear
Notes: 1) Take care about your fire and lightning resistances for rings and amulet. 2) You will need an item with INT stat ( rings/amulet or gloves)
Leveling
Read the Gem leveling section before this section. Get cheap Unique/Rare 2H Weapon like - Kaom's_Primacy - Hezmana's Bloodlust Priority for buy (prices atm): 1) Body : The Perfect From : 1 chaos 2) Boots : Red Trail or Atziri Boots : 1 chaos 3) Kitava's feast : 25 chaos 4) Perseverance : 1 chaos 5) Brine Crown : 5 chaos 6) Max (135%) your resistances with gloves,rings,amulet. Boots
Red trail Boots are super for flicker strike because you can generate your first frenzy charges quickly and keep max charges in long fight ( ex: versus map bosses) Atziri step boots was my first choice before my switch to Red Trail because defence stats are good and they have +30 movespeed. But it's harder for frenzy charges sustain.
Weapons
Kitava's feast is a good axe : 1) destroy corps for counter death by porcupines etc... 2) Free melee splash lvl 25. 3) recover life and mana on kill (good for mod map "no leech"). Atziri Disvafor (not tested) is definitely a good choice but it's not a cheap item. Good rare axe can be an option but same as disfavor it's not a cheap item.
Body
The Perfect Form give a free arctic armour and phase acrobatic (+30% dodge spell). Why arctic armour is so good with flicker strike ? See the "Tips" section. You will max the cold resistance for evasion bonus.
Helmet
Brine Crown is a super item for flicker because he give +800 armour, mana regen and cannot be frozen.
Belt
Perseverance we have fortify in main attack so with this belt we gain perma onslaught in fight. And with ascendance onslaugth give phasing.
Rings/Amulet
Why Breach rings ? For more cold resistances in breach and with the perfect form we gain more evasion in breach. Amulet: INT Stats + reistances.
Gloves
Rare gloves for max your resistances. Why Mana leech ? For "no regen" and "HexProof" combinaison mods. But it's not mandatory kitava's + poacher is enough if you reroll maps with hex proof+no regen.

- Phoenix : Very Hard - Chimera: Hard (chaos mobs are insane) - Hydra: not tested - Minotaur : not tested
T15 Boss
- Colosseum : Easy - Abyss : Easy - Overgrown : Medium - Dark Forest : Hard - Core : Very Hard
T14 Boss

Great build. atm clearing t12 at lvl 86 no uber lab done now.

" For Starforge pick sword dmg instead of axe dmg. Change your aura because you can't deal elemental dmg. But i think slayer is better for a flicker strike with a starforge because you loose the 40% inc elemental dmg from raider. Last edited by Ifit on Jan 9, 2017, 2:55:34 PM
