a player just recently offered me 1-2 fusing for this
After looking at some of the prices, looks like it starts at 20c for one with 14% int or more. i get the feeling he was trying to rip me off. anyone can confirm approximate price? and if it is valuable, i'd like to know what makes it so valuable? Last bumped on Dec 30, 2016, 11:25:46 AM

Not only does it depend on league, but it depends on the day of the week. INT is the most valuable stat on a Black Sun Crest, yes (in fact it is really the only valuable stat, since it is important for 2 popular builds right now, HOWA and Whispering Ice). 14% Int on that does make it more valuable than one that has say, 10% INT. 14% right now on BSC is like 35-40c. Asking for price checks on the forum is pointless though most of the time, since prices fluctuate. You need to learn how to find similar items on Poe.trade if you want to get truly accurate prices.

wow, that guy was really low-balling me! what a bastard! in fact, just after i posted this, another guy low-balled me for 1-2c....smh.
anyway, i do check poe.trade to get an estimate of the price, but i thought i'd ask in the forums, too, to double-check. i'm still new to the game--i don't know what builds are popular in the meta now, so i don't really know how to value a lot of uniques. also, sometimes items in poe.trade are over or under-priced. i asked about a cobalt jewel recently and found that i had over priced it. but now that i know it's best in slot for 2 popular builds and it's int that's the important stat to look at, i'm in a much better position to judge price. " Yeah, being able to judge these things will come when you get a handle on not only what builds are popular, but what makes them work the way they do (so for this example, both Whispering Ice and Hand of Wisdom and Action are builds that stack intelligence for damage, and int also synergizes with energy shield builds, since you get % ES for getting intelligence. My WI character has something like 300% increased ES just from intelligence alone. Whispering Ice commonly gets well over 1500 INT, not sure about HOWA- I would imagine 1k+, but either way, that's why a 15% increased Int affix like that is very powerful for them) U MAD?

I don't understand your point here, other than to say you seem to be bragging about having no idea what items are worth, selling your items for significantly less than their value, and trying to buy items for significantly less than they are worth... If someone offered him 1-2 fuse for an item worth 30-40c, knowing that it was worth that much, then they are trying to "rip him off". To say otherwise is just idiotic. U MAD?
