Using Atlas: Questions of a noob
I've watched a lot of videos about atlas on youtube and read mechanic articles on this site.
As far as i can understand: +Completing atlas is a good thing for +tier bonus, after 100% you can get +2, so 100% completion can be a goal for me. +Drop can be all the maps you completed before. So it will be a good thing if you only complete A level good farm maps. +Drop can be the neighbor linked maps So my goal is to: complete atlas 100% complete all maps under tier 11 and complete only A and sometimes B lvl maps after tier 11 try to select maps nearby After this i decided to mark all the A lvl maps on atlas and their boss strentgh using this link: http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Map ![]() I started with t6 maps because we can shape them +5 . red numbers in the cirles are boss strengths After this pic, i've selected the maps for shape and 100% completion ![]() Circles with stars are for the shape Red cirles A maps, yellow circles B maps Triangles are the ignored maps that i won't do. Result: Atlas 100% all maps below tier 11 is completed completed maps upper than tier11: tier11: Strand, Bazaar tier12: Estuary, Plateau, Arachnid Tomb tier13: Tropical Island, High gardens, Gorge, Scriptorium tier14: Srpings, Promenade, Mineral pools tier15: Colonnade, Colosseum tier16: All 4 of them So i want to ask you guys, is my logic right? What do you think about the maps i've selected. Thank you for reading. Last edited by Rukh1#5475 on Dec 19, 2016, 4:19:37 AM Last bumped on Dec 19, 2016, 5:26:13 AM

Play every possible map with the additional objective you have for the bonus(rerolling the mods your build is weak to) Shape maps that are most pleasent/rewarding for you (eg. more mobs, less labyrint layout)
run pack size maps, map drops come mostly from mobs less from bosses |

"If you have the currency to do so and a build able to run them, apply zana mods that can positively affect the amounts of maps dropped. The best ones are likely bloodlines, nemesis and beyond. The last one being by far the most risky, but likely also the most rewarding one. I make dumb builds, therefore I am.
