No quest reward

Aftrer killing Malachai on merciless difficulty I didn't get any reward. I saw on wiki that should be a map, how I can get it? I talked with all npcs in city and quest is marked as done, what to do?

did you talk to that oyun women on the upper floor?

what does your quest state say? did you get the breach challenge for killing malachai on merciless?

I talked with her, even after the text in dialog window become grey, I got the chellenge done, and as I wrote earlier quest is marked as done at U window. I am playing poe for a week now so idk this map was important or no, if this is the second option probably it doesn't matter, but if this is something I need for end game content, I would like to get it.

Are you sure you are talking to Oyun in merciless difficulty?

What does your quest log say? Usually it indicates if you completed a quest and have yet to take the reward.

I was talking with all guys in the city, many times (it was merc for sure). I wrote - my quest is marked as done. I am not sure, but I could have full inventory when was talking with them for a first time, that could be the problem, but I think I should get it after talking again with npcs later.

You either had to have taken a map without remembering to have the quest checked off, or are looking in the wrong difficulty or something. It wouldn't be greyed out until you talk to Oyun and gone through the Eternal Nightmare quest reward option to bring the maps back up if you backed out of the rewards before. Odds of something like this being a bug seem extremely unlikely.

If you didn't get it before because of full inventory or just not accepting it, it won't be automatically given to you. The dialog will say "whatever quest reward" that you click to get it.

what mark said, just look for this option in her dialogue options, the map itself is just a minor reward and nice but not really neccessary for ingame progress.

Ok, so that must be a bug in this case because I didn't get a window with reward like in other quests, I am 1000% sure, coudn't picked up anything, I just talked with Dialla and Oyun and quest was marked as done in U window and I get the chellenge. I give my hand to cut off if it wasn't like that. So now I know that is not important reward, but maybe someone can fix it so there won't be anything like this in future, or maybe I am that "lucky" guy 1 out of 1000000 :D
