How do you make breaches expand forever??

Just saw a video from ziggyD he was expanding breaches throughout the whole map, literally A HUGE size, amount of spawns and exp, and a gazillion drops and loot.

you have to be a famous streamer for that to happen.

The only way/time that this happens is inside one of the Breachlord's domains. Collect 100 splinters from a particular Breachlord, combine them, and you get a key to their realm, which you can open with the map device. When you enter, you activate a breach, that spreads across the whole map. You have a timer counting down. You have to kill mobs fast enough to keep this timer up until the breach reaches the portal to the boss room.
Breaches outside of the Breachlord's realms/maps/whatever they are called have a hard-cap on the time that they can remain open. U MAD?
