Claw Skill Gems?

When can we expect to see some new skills for claw uses to use? I really dislike having to spam lightning strike and the mechanics of whirling blades just dont feel right to me. Yes the single target skills are fairly powerful but a short range frontal aoe swipe sorta skill would be nice.

And how about a boost to greatsword dps while yer at it: the accuracy of greatswords is nice but towards the endgame it really falls behind in most builds and the sword skill passives in general are just blah.....i think in general though most phys dmg passives need a slight boost and some more uniqueness added to them.

*waiting for a "Whirlwind" or something skillgem to be added*

I have seen Tropic Thunder and I know the scene.
But I have also been long enough on the internet to know that there are people who get butthurt over every little thing.

Judging by your reaction in this thread thus far, you fit this very description.

POE fits the bill for what most games of this genre do. Massive amounts hammers axes, swords, and very few of anything else. Theres only like what? 2 or 3 claws in the game (unique)... and no skills dedicated to specific weapon use, outside of ranged / melee.

Hopefully over time, with all the new uniques being implememted, we see a better variety of of lesser weapons.

Im still in total shock and awe over the changes GGG made to Deaths Harp. Basicly destroyed the bows worth completely. So that leaves about 2 bows now that have any purpose at all. :( Sad panda here.
