Do Temporal & Chill slows stack?
Multiplicatively, I assume?

Correct.

Yeah.
Try using Vortex + 20q temp chains-enhance-blasphemy (with inc curse effect, ideally). It's pretty hilarious. |

So here's a bit of an advanced question, if anyone's still here.
When you have condition duration like increased shock duration or something, I'm told that decreases the HP threshold to actually shock/condition in the first place. But would Temporal Chains work the same way? Is it effectively the same as having 40% increased condition duration in that regard? |

Nope. TC slows down the timer, it does not increase the duration.

Also, based on my Juggernaut experience, both of these are what GGG considers an untyped "slow," which means that the Unstoppable Map mod will cause Temporal Chains and Chill and Freeze to do exactly nothing to enemies* :)
*other than Temporal Chains slowing down their timers, and enemies affected by an Acceleration Shrine, for the pedants >:( Need game info? " It's not as much untyped Slow as it is specifically Slow. The only other source of Slow that I can think of off the top of my head is Freeze, at 100%. Slow reduces entity action speed. Anything that is an animation takes more time when Slowed; this of course includes walking, but also for example blocking. Being a multiplier to animation speed, it does not show up on for example your Movement Speed. Tar, on the other hand, simply applies a bunch of Reduced (or Less?) Movement Speed, and thus does affect your Movement Speed modifier. Last edited by Vipermagi#0984 on Nov 29, 2016, 2:02:31 PM
