Ping doesn't display in the gateway list

Hi,
since the last patch, ping doesn't display in the gateway list, anyone else also have this issue?
I launch the game via the 32bit client (the 64bit version crashes at launch for me).

it's been a bit derpy since before the patch, i checked a few times and all i got was ?, atm through it isn't even showing that.

As for the 64 bit client, delete the production_Config.ini file and it'll launch you can then fiddle with the settings before logging in, but it seems that it's full screen that's causing the problem, using windowed full screen solves the problem of it crashing it at launch again....at least until they can fix the problem
