Does the reflect fire damage from Cloak of Flame proc Elemental Equilibrium?
im doing a scorching ray build and if it does, my ideias are ruined

As far as I know, it doesn't trigger it since it's NOT your hit.

what ruins your idea is probably that neither ignite duration nor chance to ignite affect scorching ray

i was going to use cloak of flame just for the 20% convertion on damage taken and the 50%fire res, that plus arctic armour might give a really good amount of damage mitigation, as well as being cheap, as i 5-linked a searing touch before the skill was released and it was considerably cheaper to buy

edit: i was planning to use a CWDT ice spear + ball ligtning to proc respectively elemental overload and elemental equilibrium... if the reflect did in fact proc the EE by itself, that idea was doomed, but i have already tested it, and verified that it does not

reflected damage is secondary damage, so only condition it can proc is "on kill"

Thanks. It doesn't appear to be very useful after about act 3 with that amount of damage. I was hoping I could get some benefit of it like a glove enchant as I'm using the cloak in ruthless maps for phys conversion.
