Clearing the Harvest achievement bug

I've cleared The Harvest twice now, killing Malachai both times.

Still says 1 monster remaining before and after killing Malachai.

It's one of those hidden thingies that crawls out from the outside edges of the arenas etc. Took me ages to find my last two, but walk around every wall and it'll come.

I will second this. It took me a little while to actually get that last 1 or 2 of those guys to spawn. As magnate said though, walk along the walls hugging them and make sure you go through the entire map in that fashion. You may want to go a little bit slower, especially if you have high MS as sometimes they do not spawn in an instant, there is sometimes a 2-4 second delay before you see them start to come out, and you can miss them coming up from the wall.
