I dropped a Moonstone Ring and Mesh Boots with option "Always highlight" on. When I move, the texts also move in opposite direction to my movement, see screenshots. I can provide a video if neccessary.

When I hover over the Mesh Boots, I can see them highlighted on the ground. The Moonstone Ring does not get such a highlighting when mouseover-ed.

- DirectX says "no problems"







Even better, now all items on screen move. Except those I pick up and drop again.
