What is the fastest way to farm good essences? Is there hidden farming?

"Then farm where you can clear the fastest. The best place is where you can quickly reset and kill essence mobs. If dried lake is beneath you, then try somewhere that isn't. Guild Leader The Amazon Basin <BASIN>

But aren't the essences restricted by level? Only certain ones can drop there due to it being such a low level area?

Yes, Screaming essences require 68+ zone level, and the purple essences cannot spawn lower tiers than Screaming, so Dried Lake is not really good, being lvl 67.

Chris mentioned a while ago that there is a really good way to farm essences that he was shocked we hadn't figured out yet. As far as I know this method is still not widely known.
