Not sure what you mean.

Sybil's Lament doesn't reflect any damage. Things that do reflect damage won't reflect reflected damage in the game code.

Sybil's Lament will reduce reflect damage you take. If you equip it in the left ring slot, it will reduce reflected elemental damage. In the right slot, physical.

I will try and be clearer, but you may have answered it already.

If I wear Sibyl's Lament on the right slot and am in a map that has reflected damage as one of its mods, will the ring reduce the damage that comes back to me from attacking with physical?

If a specific monster has the reflect ability, I assume it will reduce that damage coming back to me.

Yes, the ring works against the map mod reflect too.
