Does increasing map level increase div card drop rate?

As topic says. Thx

No. Area level has no effect on drop rates, from what we have learned over the years.

Basically drops in this game are based on checkbox, not percentages. If a boss has the required level to drop a certain unique, then he can drop it. It's a yes or no.
Thanks. Why I raised this question initially is because it doesn't look logical, was doubting about it (and there is no info on thew wiki about it). For example, A card "The Hoarder" which gives exalted orb can drop in both "Belly of the beast" (area level 69, no loot penalty) and "Vault map" (area level 79). When farming specifically for divination cards why a person should go through harder (and potentially slower) area when it is possible to farm lower level areas much faster for the same result?

Seems then that there is no reason to shape maps for the cards. Map will become harder, slower, you will drop less of those maps.

When a higher level character enters a lower level area, all drop rates are lowered. That's why. You raise the level of the map to match your character, thereby reducing the drop penalty but also increasing the difficulty.

Look at my example given. A maximum character level considered by the game is 68 (if your actual level is above 68 the game still sees it as 68 when calculating loot drops), thus a level 66 areas still have no loot penalty. In other words, you can farm level 66 areas with a character level up to 100 and get no loot penalties.
