Implicits from essences?

I've seen some interesting essenced items on the forums. Are there essences that roll implicits? The corruption-only ones maybe? or is it all about affixes? Could not find a hint on that on the wiki and I am not sure whether those new implicits are the outcome of corruption or inherit to the new base items.

Essence modifiers are all affixes.
The newly introduced base items have implicit modifiers, such as Increased Spell Damage on a pair of ES gloves (fingerless gloves) , and Minion Damage on an Ar/ES Helmet (bone helmet). |
