Can I use macros to teleport to my hideout and say thank you?

Is it legal to have a macro that does /hideout and enter,"Thank you for scam", enter?

Any macro that performs more than one action is bannable. So no, that is not allowed.

Ok, it seems benign but I do not want to get banned for teleport to my hideout or saying thank you.

Dunedain, please correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't it be ok if you're doing them separately. /oos macro was legal so I don't see why /hideout macro wouldn't be. Not entirely sure about having a reply macro, although I was in a guild where the leader had multiple reply macros that he was constantly spamming and he's not banned.

Well, if everything is bound to a single key, that could be bad ie. /hideout + the reply etc. /oos and /remaining are something that GGG specifically stated was ok. If it was separate, then that should be ok...but I am certainly not going to say to do it and get blamed when they get banned. :)

But as Shovel said, drop 'em an email and they can let you know for certain. If it's something that can get you banned, always err on the side of caution, whether it's benign or not.

Ok that seems silly to me if they allow /remaining and /oos but not /hideout.

hehe, I understand. Just figured you've probably been around long enough to know.

Now I'm questioning if my macros are legit, guess I should start writing my own email to support. :D
