Vulnerability Spectre

According to the Wiki for Path of Exile the Merveil's Chosen monster in the Ship Graveyard casts Vulnerability, but I can't seem to find it. I can only find the version that casts Temporal Chains in the Ship Graveyard Cave.

I know I could use other spectres that apply Vulnerability, but I want to use one that casts it from a distance, not applying it at melee range (such as the Whipping Miscreations in Piety's Laboratory in Act 3).

Does anyone know if the Vulnerability version of Merveil's Chosen in the Ship Graveyard has been removed since the release of Atlas of Worlds? Or is Vulnerability cast by a different monster now?
