Pyre Sapphire Ring - Questions

+28% to Cold Resistance
+35% to Fire Resistance
34% increased Burning Damage
100% of Cold Damage Converted to Fire Damage
10% increased Light Radius
Ignited Enemies you hit are destroyed on Kill

Recently looted this ring, and was interested in the "Ignited Enemies you hit are destroyed on Kill" attribute.

By Destroyed I believe it means that no bodies are left behind?

Does this stop enemies after-death animations/debuffs et cetera?

Like.. if used on fire dogs, or exploding humans, or the porcupines in act 3 garden..
Will this stop the consc. ground, explosions, and spikes from being deployed?

Also, if I Ignite + Kill a monster in 1 hit, does the ring activate the effect, or must I ignite the monster, then hit it to activate the effect?

Yes. Well, definitely stops the porcupine death spikes/crustacean second form spawn. Part of me recalls there being a bit of inconsistency with some effects still happening, but I haven't used the ring in a few months.

One-shotting makes them explode, yes.

Afaik, it works exactly the same as when you shatter frozen mobs.

It so happens I'm using Pyre in my Earthquake build with Hatred. Hatred give 30% increase physical damage as cold damage. Pyre changes all cold to fire plus adds 35% increased burning damage. I'm using Herald of Ash as well hooked to increased burning damage at 67% increased burning damage due to support gem. So Pyre changes everything to fire damage then HoA adds burning damage so does the other. What happens is that entire rooms full of monsters simply explode into fire when EQ goes off. The monster explosions don't add damage but is visually impressive.
