Waypoint sound is extremely loud with Gore Portal

After last patch, it's very annoying to play with Gore Portal. It makes waypoint sound effect to be extremely loud. On some maps it's now even possible to still hear the sound of Waypoint being in the map.

Yep. It is an awesome portal, but the sound needs SERIOUS bug fixing.
