How do i get to Pale Council?

I never played prophecy league but I'd like to now make my way to the pale council.

Except i have no idea what i need to do to get there. I don't quite understand that new chick from The Climb that has prophecies.

Can someone please guide me as to what i need to do/complete to get there? And what difficulty is pale council? Normal atziri equivalent?

I´ll give a TL:DR nonetheless:

Farm Silvercoins.
Get Prophecys in merciless difficulty
Get lucky and get the following chains:

The Plaguemaw
Unbearable Whispers
The Unbreathing Queen
The Feral Lord

Each of those chains will reward you with a map fragment after the complete chain.

Kill the Council, hope for Reach drop ;)

Basically, as long as you're level 70+ start feeding Navali silver coins and she will give you (mostly useful) prophecies in return. She can also give prophecy chains - once you finish part 1, she can give you part 2, etc. To access the Council fight you need to complete four five-part chains: The Feral Lord, The Plaguemaw, Unbearable Whispers and The Unbreathing Queen. All are fairly commonly given by Navali, fairly easy if mildly annoying, and give a key on completion of the 5th part. Combine all 4 keys in the map device and boom, Council fight.

Difficulty is far easier than Atziri. It's just a single fight, it isn't very mechanical, and any decent endgame build will have no issues.
