Righteous Fire - Remove Burning Flask not working

Bug: The Skill Righteous Fire can't be turned off using a remove burning flask since 2.4.0.
Description: Before 2.4.0 it was possible to turn off the skill by using a flask that had the mod "removes burning on use". Now the skill is not stoped by using the flask. this wasn't in the patch-notes, so i guess this is not intended?! I've noticed this as well. If this was intended, it would have been nice to know in the patch notes. This is kind of a bummer as it reduces survivability.
