Essence of Insanity, Horror, Hysteria, Delirium Question

For these four essences (aka the ones that offer potentially build defining and truly interesting options), are the skills that are triggered more similar to the Labyrinth enchantments, skills triggered such as Manifest Dervish, or item properties like Deaths Oath?

For those wondering what the difference is:

Labyrinth Enchantments on your gloves scale with your character's stats and gear, allowing your a moderate level of control over their usefulness. They however are not influenced at all by support gems socketed in your gloves.

Skills triggered such as Manifest Dervish (from the unique Dancing Dervish) scale with your characters stats and relevant gear AS WELL AS being influenced by the support gems that are socketed in the item. This makes socketing useful gems into the weapons worth giving up your weapon sockets to increase the power of Manifest Weapon.

Finally, item properties such as Death Oath's 450 Chaos damage a second to nearby enemies is a property of the item and as such is cast by the item. This means it is in no way influenced at all by any of your stats, nor any support gems socketed in the item. By in large what you see is what you get and it can't be modified in any way.

My guess on their function would be as follows:

The properties that trigger a skill or effect from your weapon being crafted with them (10% chance to cast lvl 20 Fire Burst on hit, Casts level 20 Spectral Spirits when equipped, and Your Hits inflict Decay, dealing 1000 Chaos Damage per second for 10 seconds) will and should be influenced by the appropriate modifiers in your tree and gear. Are the two active skills that are triggered also modified by the supports in your weapon?

The boot property for Hysteria (Drops Burning Ground while moving, dealing 2500 Fire Damage per second) seems that it is much like Death's Oath and wouldn't scale with stats.

Can we get verification on these speculations?

no comments? :S

Fire burst scale with spell damage, can crit but i don't know what is the cooldown (100ms i guess)

Hey, can you just put some support gems in this ward pls?

I am vry interested in this spectral spirits to combine this with srs build. Or the decay with essence drain.
test it it work, i think it's tagger AOE + Spell and probably fire for fire burst.

tested and working : crit, crit multi, conc aoe, inc aoe, fire pen, blind, culling strike, ...
So yes, for those wondering for the two "active"/"triggered" skills the following I can tell you from testing.

My original thought on how they would function is correct. They are similar to the Dancing Dervish in that they both scale with the relevant stats in your tree/gear/ascendancy/etc, AND they are influenced by the support gems that you have socketed in the weapon that the skill is triggered from.

Use the spectral spirits on my SRS build, and while they aren't quite as powerful as I would have hoped (even in a staff with 6 support gems supporting just them) they are pretty cool and have their uses for sure.

Did you test Decay and Burning Ground essences though?
